What does “live on a guaranteed date” actually mean?

It means the launch date is written into your contract, and if we miss it for reasons on our side, the refund terms in that contract apply. A service-business website goes live within 7 days, a WooCommerce store within 30 days and a Shopify store within 45 days.

Two things make the promise fair for both sides. First, the scope is agreed in writing before the clock starts — the pages, features, integrations and content we are building. Second, the clock pauses while we are waiting on you: copy, photos, logins, a decision on a design. We ask for answers within 48 hours, and we log every pause so the date stays transparent.

Getting started

What do we need from you to start?

Less than most people expect. For a service website we need your services, the areas you cover, your logo if you have one, and a few photos of your work or team. We send a simple content checklist and help you fill it in; if writing is the hard part, we can write the content with you as part of the project.

For an online store we also need your product list (a spreadsheet is fine), shipping rules, tax settings and the payment methods you want. If you are moving from another platform, we take the products, customers and orders from your current store — see store migration.

We also ask for access to your domain, so we can point it at the new site on launch day, and to anything the site must connect to, such as a booking system or Odoo.

Yes. We build on editors you can use, show you how to change text, photos and pages, and stay on hand if you would rather we made the change.

Do you write the content?

We guide you through it and polish what you give us; we can also write it with you as part of the project.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the number of pages, the features and, for stores, the catalog and integrations. We give you a fixed quote for the agreed scope after a short call, with hosting and care quoted alongside so you see the full cost up front.

Will the site be found on Google?

Who owns the website and domain?

You do. The domain, content and design are yours. For Shopify stores, the Shopify account is in your name and on your plan.
