They do not cover the services we provide to clients — Odoo implementation, websites and online stores, software, managed hosting and servers, SEO and related work. Each of those is governed by its own signed agreement, which takes priority over anything on this website.
Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to services we host or run for clients. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The content on this website — including our guides and blog articles — is general information. It is not professional, legal, tax or financial advice, and it may not suit your situation. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and we may change or remove it at any time.
Prices, timelines and service descriptions on the site are a guide. The scope, price and dates that apply to you are the ones in your written proposal and contract.
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
The pages under /demos/ are concept designs. They are fictional samples made to show design ideas for different kinds of business. The businesses, people, prices, reviews and details in them are made up, and they are not client work or real businesses unless a page clearly says otherwise. Please do not rely on them for any real-world information.
Some pages describe guarantees, such as our Odoo go-live guarantee and our 7-day website go-live guarantee. These guarantees apply only to clients who have signed a contract with us that includes them, and only as set out in that contract — including its scope, conditions and remedies. The description on the website is a summary, not the guarantee itself.
