Your business numbers, live, on one screen.

Most businesses have the data — spread across Odoo, spreadsheets, the online store and the bank. We bring it together into clear, live dashboards for each role, so owners, managers and teams see the same trusted numbers without building reports by hand every week.
Typical dashboards
  • Sales & marginBy product, customer, region
  • Stock & purchasingWhat to reorder, what’s slow
  • Cash & receivablesWho owes what, when

The short answer

What is a business dashboard, and why use one?

A business dashboard is a single screen that shows the few numbers a person needs to make their decisions, updated automatically from the systems where the data lives. Instead of someone exporting reports, pasting them into a spreadsheet and emailing it round, everyone opens the same view and sees the same figures.

The value is less in the charts than in the agreement behind them. Before building anything, we settle what each number means — what counts as a sale, which costs are in margin, when an invoice is overdue — so the dashboard ends arguments about whose spreadsheet is right.

By role

What should each person’s dashboard show?

Good dashboards are built for one role at a time. A few examples:
RoleSeesDecides
OwnerSales, margin, cash and overdue invoices at a glanceWhere to focus, what to fund
Sales managerPipeline, orders and performance by rep, product and regionWho to coach, what to push
PurchasingStock levels, slow movers and items below reorder pointWhat to order and when
FinanceReceivables by age, payables due, cash forecastWho to chase, what to pay
OperationsOpen jobs, late deliveries and service levelsWhere the bottleneck is today
The project

How does a dashboard project run?

01QuestionsThe decisions each role makes, written down first.
02SourcesWhere each number lives and how clean it is.
03DefinitionsOne agreed meaning for every metric.
04BuildDashboards built and checked against known figures.
05AdoptTeams trained, and the dashboards refined from use.
Where to start

Which numbers should we track first?

Start with the numbers that change a decision this week, not everything you could measure. For most businesses that means sales and gross margin by product or service, cash in the bank against what is due in and out, invoices overdue by age, and — for anyone holding stock — what is running low and what isn’t moving. Five well-defined numbers that people trust beat fifty charts nobody reads. Once those are in daily use, we add the next layer: trends, targets and alerts when something drifts out of range.

Spreadsheet reports or live dashboards?

Weekly spreadsheet reports
  • Hours spent exporting and pasting
  • Out of date as soon as they are sent

  • Always current when opened
  • One shared version for everyone
  • Definitions agreed and documented
FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can you build dashboards inside Odoo?
Yes — Odoo has strong reporting built in, and we add dedicated dashboards when you need data from outside Odoo too.
Which tools do you use?
Whatever suits your data and budget; we recommend a setup after looking at your sources.
How up to date is the data?
It depends on the source. Data inside Odoo can be shown as it changes; other systems are usually refreshed on a schedule we agree with you, such as every hour or overnight.
Our data is messy. Can you still help?
Yes — that is common. We find duplicates, missing values and conflicting definitions early, fix what can be fixed at the source, and make the dashboard clear about anything that can’t.
Who can see which numbers?
Access is set by role, so people see what they need and nothing more. Dashboards we host run on our secured servers, with the same backups and monitoring as our other systems.
Do we need Odoo to use your dashboards?
No. We connect to online stores, spreadsheets, accounting tools and other systems too. Odoo simply makes it easier, because more of the business data is already in one place.
Can dashboards be sent to people who don’t log in?
Yes. Any dashboard can also go out as a scheduled email summary — for example a Monday sales snapshot to the owner, or a daily list of overdue invoices to finance.
Who keeps the dashboards working?
We can look after them on a monthly plan, adjusting them as your business and data change, or hand them over to your team with documentation.
