Odoo ERP · Managed servers

Private Odoo hosting, managed for you.

Managed Odoo hosting means your Odoo runs on a server we build, secure, monitor and back up for you. Ours is private — your own server, not a shared platform — hosted in your region and looked after by the same team that implements and supports your Odoo. When something is slow or broken, there is one team to call, and it knows both the application and the server underneath.
Every hosting plan
  • Your own serverNot shared with other clients
  • Hosted in your regionChosen for speed and data rules
  • Hardened & monitoredSecurity baseline, alerts
  • Off-site backupsEncrypted, regularly restore-tested
Why private

Why host Odoo on a private server?

A private server gives you full control over your Odoo — any apps, any custom modules, your own upgrade timing — without the performance of your ERP depending on other companies’ workloads. It suits businesses that have outgrown Odoo Online’s limits on custom code, or that want one team responsible for both the application and the server.

It is not the right answer for everyone. If you run a handful of standard apps with no customization, Odoo Online can be the simplest choice, and we will say so. Our article on Odoo.sh vs self-hosted sets out the trade-offs in more detail.

Your options

Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or a private server?

All three run Odoo well. The difference is control, customization and who looks after it.
Shared platforms
  • Odoo Online: simplest, but no custom modules
  • Odoo.sh: custom code, but you manage the project
  • Shared infrastructure
  • Support split between parties
Speed Linx private hosting
  • Any apps and custom modules
  • Your own server in your region
  • Hardened, monitored and backed up for you
  • One team for Odoo and the server

Your cloud or ours

Can Odoo run on our server or in your own cloud?

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Where will our Odoo be hosted?
In the region that suits you — chosen for speed for your users and for your data rules. We confirm the location in your proposal.
Do we need an Odoo Enterprise license for private hosting?
Only if you use Enterprise apps; the license is bought from Odoo either way, and self-hosting Enterprise needs a plan from Odoo that allows it. Odoo Community can be hosted with no license fee. Our Odoo pricing guide explains the editions.
Can you run our Odoo in our own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account?
Yes. You keep the cloud account; we set up and manage Odoo on it exactly as we would on our own servers.
Can we keep our current Odoo partner?
Yes. If you only want hosting, your Odoo partner or developer keeps working on your system — we give them the access they need and look after the server underneath.
How does performance tuning work?
Our engineers analyze slow database queries and server load, then propose fixes such as a missing index or better worker settings. Nothing changes on your system without your approval.
What happens if the server fails?
We restore from backup following your written recovery plan, onto the same or a replacement server. For systems that cannot wait, a high-availability setup keeps a standby server ready to take over.
Can you host an Odoo system another partner built?
Yes. We review it first and move it to a private server with no data lost.
Can we leave and take our system with us?
Yes. Your database and modules are yours; we hand them over in a standard format.
