Can you manage our AWS, Azure or Google Cloud servers?
Yes. You keep the cloud account and the bill; we get secure access and manage the Linux servers in it — hardening, monitoring, updates and backups.
Which cloud providers do you use?
When we provide the server, we choose the provider per project for location, reliability and cost, and tell you exactly where your server is.
Can you move us from shared hosting?
Yes, with a planned, tested migration. Your old hosting stays live until the new server has been checked.
How do we know what size of server we need?
We look at your current traffic, data and software, then size the server for today with room to grow. Cloud servers can be resized later, so you don’t pay for capacity you don’t use yet.
Is a VPS more secure than shared hosting?
It can be, because nothing else runs on it — but only if it is hardened and kept patched. An unmanaged VPS left alone is often less safe. That is why every server we manage starts from our security baseline.
Do you support Windows servers?
No. We manage Linux servers — Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and similar. If your software needs Windows, we will say so up front.
Can we store backups in our own cloud storage?
What happens if our traffic suddenly grows?
Monitoring shows us when memory, CPU or disk start running short, well before most visitors notice. We tell you what we see and recommend resizing or tuning the server, and make the change once you approve it.
