What is co-managed IT?
Co-managed IT means we work alongside your own IT people: they keep looking after users and devices, and we take on the servers, backups, security hardening and monitoring behind them.
Do you provide IT support for staff computers?
Yes, remotely. Our
remote IT support covers staff PCs and Macs, accounts, security, the office network, file server and cameras. We don’t do on-site visits; for hands-on jobs you can use a local technician alongside us.
Where are servers hosted?
Hosted in your region, chosen for speed and your data rules. We confirm the location in your proposal. If you already have servers with a cloud provider, they can stay there.
Can you manage servers we already have?
Yes. We start with a review, bring them up to our baseline and then manage them monthly.
How is it priced?
A monthly plan based on the number and type of servers. We quote after the review.
Who owns the servers and accounts?
You do. Cloud accounts, servers, data and backups belong to your business. We work through access you grant and can hand everything back with documentation at any time.
Do you make changes without asking?
No. Planned work — upgrades, tuning, configuration changes — is agreed with you first and logged. Urgent security fixes are explained to you as soon as they are applied.
Can you manage servers in our own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account?
Yes — any Linux server we can reach securely over SSH, on any major cloud or in your own data centre.
Do you manage Windows servers?
Our specialism is Linux-based infrastructure. Tell us about your setup and we will be honest about whether we are the right fit.
Do we keep root access?
You can, and you always own the server. We agree access rules together so changes stay safe and logged.
