Odoo ERP

Odoo implementation services, live in 90 days — guaranteed.

Odoo implementation is the work of fitting Odoo to how your business runs: mapping your processes, configuring the apps, moving your data across and training your people. We do all of it with one team, host it on your own private server, and put the go-live date in writing — the first phase we agree goes live within 90 days, or you get your money back.

Inside the project

What happens between sign-off and go-live?

After you sign the blueprint, you get a working test copy of your own Odoo early — not a demo database. We build in short rounds and show each team its part as it takes shape, so problems surface while they are cheap to fix rather than in the last week.

  • Configuration rounds. Each round ends with a walkthrough for the people who will use that part of the system, and their feedback goes into the next round.
  • A trial migration. Your real data goes into the test copy so your team checks familiar customers, products and balances, not sample records.
  • A dress rehearsal. Before cut-over, key users run a normal day — quote, order, delivery, invoice, payment — end to end on the test copy.
  • Cut-over. Final data moves at an agreed quiet point, such as a month-end, and we stay close for the first weeks of live use.

Scope

Which Odoo apps go into a first phase?

A first phase covers the processes your business cannot run without on day one. Everything else is written into a later phase, so the go-live date stays realistic.
Business areaTypical Odoo appsWhat we set up
SellingCRM, SalesPipeline stages, quotation templates, pricelists, discounts and online quote acceptance
Buying & stockPurchase, InventoryVendors, reordering rules, warehouses, picking routes, lots or serial numbers, landed costs
FinanceInvoicing or AccountingChart of accounts, taxes, bank journals, payment terms, reconciliation and month-end reports
OperationsManufacturing, Project, TimesheetsBills of materials, work centers, project templates and time tracking
ChannelsWebsite, eCommerce, Point of SaleOnline store or shop counters connected to the same products and stock
Some apps and features, such as full Accounting, Studio and Field Service, are part of Odoo Enterprise only. Your blueprint states which edition each requirement needs.

Why it works

Why does one team for build, hosting and support matter?

Implementations stall when the partner hands over to a hosting company and walks away. We stay: the same team configures Odoo, builds and secures the server, and supports you afterwards — so nothing falls between the cracks, and nobody has to explain your setup from scratch when something needs changing.
  • One contract and one point of contact
  • Your own private server, not a shared platform
  • Upgrades planned and handled by us
  • Your data stays yours — full export any time

Your part

What do we need from your team?

An Odoo project succeeds or stalls on decisions, and only your team can make them. We keep the ask small and clear from day one:

  • One project owner who can make decisions or get them made quickly.
  • A key user for each area — sales, stock, finance — who joins the workshops and tests their part.
  • Answers within 48 hours. Our 90-day guarantee clock pauses while we wait on information, so quick answers keep your date where it is.
  • Your data exports from current systems, and time for the trial-migration checks.
  • Time for training before go-live, for everyone who will use the system.
FAQ

Questions we get asked

How long does an Odoo implementation take?
We guarantee in writing that the first phase we agree goes live within 90 days. Larger or multi-company projects are split into phases, each with its own date, so you start using Odoo sooner instead of waiting for everything at once.
What does the 90-day guarantee cover?
If the agreed scope is not live within 90 days for reasons on our side, you get your money back as set out in your contract. The clock pauses while we wait on information from you, which is why we ask for answers within 48 hours. See how the guarantee works.
Odoo Community or Enterprise — which do we need?
It depends on the apps you need. Enterprise adds features such as full accounting, Studio, subscriptions and helpdesk, and is licensed per user from Odoo. We recommend the edition in your blueprint and explain the trade-offs before you buy anything — our Community vs Enterprise guide covers the basics.
What does an Odoo implementation cost?
It depends mostly on scope: the number of apps, companies, users and custom requirements. We quote a fixed price for the agreed scope after discovery. Our guide to Odoo implementation cost explains what drives the number.
Can we start small and add apps later?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. A first phase with the core apps goes live sooner and gives your team time to settle in. Further apps are added in later phases on the same database, with no rework.
Do you work with businesses outside our country?
Yes. We work remotely with clients worldwide and host each system in the client’s own region, with taxes and invoice layouts set for the countries you trade in.
Can you take over a project another partner started?
Yes — see our Odoo project rescue service. We review what exists, keep what is sound and rebuild what is not.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do. Your database, your custom modules and your server data can be exported or handed over at any time.
