Facebook ads agency

Facebook and Instagram ads, run in your account and measured properly.

We plan, create and run Meta ads across Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp — in your own business portfolio, with the Pixel and Conversions API set up so Meta learns from real customers, and monthly reports that show cost, results and what we changed.

The short answer

What does a Facebook ads agency do?

A Facebook ads agency decides who should see your ads, makes the ads, runs and tests them, and measures which ones turn into customers — across Facebook and Instagram, which Meta runs from one ad account. Unlike Google, people on Facebook and Instagram are not searching for you; the ad has to stop them scrolling and give them a reason to act.

That makes two things matter most: creative worth stopping for, and tracking good enough that Meta’s delivery system learns who actually buys. Weak tracking is the most common reason Meta ads look expensive. Because we also build websites and run servers, we fix it at the source.

Tracking

Why do Pixel and Conversions API both matter?

Browser privacy settings and ad blockers stop the Meta Pixel from seeing many purchases and enquiries. Meta’s Conversions API sends the same events from your server. Meta recommends running both together and removing duplicates with a shared event ID — done wrong, results are double-counted; done right, Meta learns from far more of your real customers.
  • Meta Pixel installed and tested on every key page
  • Conversions API sending the same events from the server
  • Matching event IDs so each sale or lead is counted once
  • Domain verified and events prioritized in your business portfolio
  • Consent handled for visitors in the UK and Europe

Ownership

Who owns the ad account?

You do. Your ad accounts, tracking and audiences are registered to your business, with you as the administrator. We work inside them through the access you grant, and you can remove that access at any time. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you — campaigns, history, audiences and data. Only 3 of the 14 agencies we reviewed said this clearly on their websites; we think it should be the first thing you know.
  • Google Ads account in your business name; we connect through a manager-account link you approve
  • Meta business portfolio, ad account, Pixel and audiences owned by you; we work with partner access
  • Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager owned by you, with us added as users
  • Your Google Ads customer ID and full cost data available whenever you ask

Special ad categories

Which Facebook ads have extra rules?

Meta requires some ads to be declared as a special ad category, which limits targeting. Getting this wrong gets ads rejected or accounts restricted, so we check it before any campaign is built. A summary of Meta’s rules, October 2026.
Ad typeWhat changes
Housing, employment, financial products and servicesMust be declared. Age is fixed at 18–65+, and lookalike audiences and most detailed targeting are not available.
Social issues, elections or politicsMust be declared, and the advertiser needs Meta’s authorization.
Prescription medicinesNeed LegitScript certification and Meta’s approval, and are only allowed in a few countries.
Alcohol, gambling, health and weight-lossRestricted: local law applies, minimum age targeting is required, and some need Meta’s written permission.
Fees

How much does ad management cost?

There are two separate costs, and we keep them separate on every invoice and report. Our fee is quoted in writing before we start — ask for a quote and tell us your channels and monthly budget.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How much do Facebook ads cost?
You pay Meta directly for ad spend, on your own card, and our management fee is separate, quoted in writing before we start. Ask for a quote with your goals and budget and we will give you both numbers.
Facebook ads or Instagram ads — which is better?
Usually both. They run from the same Meta ad account, and Meta can show ads where they perform best. We check results by placement and shift budget if one clearly works better for you.
Do you make the ads?
Yes — images, carousels and short videos sized for Feed, Stories and Reels. You approve every ad before it runs. If you have product photos or videos, we use them.
What are click-to-WhatsApp ads?
Facebook or Instagram ads with a button that opens a WhatsApp chat with your business. They suit customers who prefer to ask a question before buying, which is common in many markets.
Why was our ad rejected or our account restricted?
Usually because of a policy issue: a restricted product, a missing special ad category, or landing-page problems. We can review what happened and help with fixes and appeals, but no agency can promise Meta will reinstate an account.
Are you a Meta Business Partner?
Not yet. The badge depends on the volume and quality of work on Meta’s platforms over time, and we will only show it once we have earned it.
Do you also post organic content on our pages?
Our focus is paid ads. If you need regular organic posting, we can tell you how to set it up so it works alongside your ads.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything: the ad accounts, campaigns, history, audiences and tracking all belong to your business. We hand over notes on what was running and why, and remove our own access.
