What are cookies and browser storage?
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Session storage and local storage are similar features that let a page remember a small piece of information in your browser. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab; local storage stays until you clear it.
Cookies we set
None. SPEED LINX – F.Z.E does not set any cookies of its own on this website.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service, advertising cookies, social media buttons or tracking pixels.
Browser storage the site uses
siteact_sid (session storage) — set by our own Site Activity plugin. A random code that groups the pages you view in one tab into a single visit in our own visit log. Cleared when you close the tab. Our Privacy Policy explains what the visit log records.wpEmojiSettingsSupports (session storage) — set by WordPress, the software the site runs on. It records whether your browser can display emoji, so the page does not need to check again. It contains no personal information.sl-theme (local storage) — only saved if you choose the light, dark or system theme. It remembers your choice for your next visit. It contains no personal information.
Security cookies from Cloudflare
The site is protected by Cloudflare. When Cloudflare needs to check whether traffic is genuine — for example if it looks automated — it may set strictly necessary security cookies such as __cf_bm (bot management) or cf_clearance (set after you pass a security check). These are used only to protect the site and are not used for advertising.
Our contact form and free audit form use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a message comes from a person, not a spam bot. It may use similar strictly necessary storage while it runs that check, and it does not use cookies for advertising.
Why there is no cookie banner
Everything listed on this page is either strictly necessary to deliver and secure the website, or saved only because you chose a setting. Because we use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, there is nothing to switch off, so we do not show a consent banner.
How can you control or clear it?
You can delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser’s settings, and use a private window so nothing is kept after you close it. Blocking Cloudflare’s security cookies may mean you are asked to complete a security check more often.
Changes to this policy
If we add any cookie or browser storage, we will update this page first and show the new date at the top.
