Do you use ready-made connectors or custom code?
Whichever is more reliable for your case. A well-maintained connector is often the right choice; we write custom integrations when nothing suitable exists.
What happens when an integration fails?
We monitor the integrations we build, so failed syncs are spotted and fixed quickly — and because retries are safe, fixing one never creates duplicates.
Which system should own stock levels?
Usually Odoo, because it sees every channel, warehouse and purchase. The store then shows what Odoo says is available. We agree the ownership of each field with you before building anything.
Can Odoo connect to several stores or channels at once?
Yes. Several stores, marketplaces and point-of-sale counters can share one Odoo database, with stock reserved and updated across all of them.
Will our integrations survive an Odoo upgrade?
They need retesting at every upgrade, and custom ones sometimes need small changes. We include integrations in the upgrade plan, so they are tested on a copy before you switch.
Who maintains the integration after launch?
We do, under your
support plan. Platforms change their interfaces over time, and someone has to keep up — that is part of the job.
Can you take over an integration someone else built?
Yes. We review it first, then tell you whether to keep, fix or replace it.
Do integrations sync in real time?
It depends on the systems. Some can notify Odoo the moment something happens, such as a new order; others are checked on a short schedule. We agree the timing for each flow based on what your business needs — stock usually matters more than, say, customer address updates.
Is there an official Odoo Shopify connector?
There are several connectors available, of varying quality. We choose a reliable one for your Odoo version and needs, or build a custom integration where needed.
Can it handle several Shopify stores?
Yes — multiple stores can connect to one Odoo database.
