Odoo

Odoo pricing explained, in plain words.

Odoo comes in two editions: Community, which is free open-source software, and Enterprise, which you license from Odoo per user. On top of the licence you pay for hosting, and for the implementation work to set Odoo up for your business. Odoo sets its licence prices by country and billing period, so always check odoo.com/pricing for your current figure.

Where your money goes.

  • Odoo S.A. — the Enterprise licence, if you choose Enterprise.
  • Your implementation partner — workshops, configuration, migration, training and any custom development (a one-off project).
  • Your host — Odoo itself (Odoo Online / Odoo.sh) or a managed private server such as ours.
  • Ongoing support — fixes, small changes and upgrades after go-live.

Questions we get asked

Is Odoo free?

Odoo Community is free to use. Odoo Enterprise is licensed per user. Either way, implementation and hosting are separate costs.

Is Odoo cheaper than other ERPs?

Often, especially for small and mid-sized businesses, because you only license the users you need and many apps are included. The implementation scope matters more than the licence.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many businesses start with a few core apps and add more later.
