What counts as “live”?
The agreed scope working in production, with your team able to use it for real work. For a website or store, that means published on your domain.
What pauses the clock?
Waiting on you — content, data, access or a decision. We ask for answers within 48 hours, and we log every pause so the date stays transparent.
Why do you ask for answers within 48 hours?
Because most project delays are waiting time, not working time. A quick answer keeps the plan moving; a decision that sits for a week moves everything after it. The 48-hour rule keeps both sides honest about where time goes.
What if we want to add things mid-project?
No problem. We quote the addition and agree with you whether it joins the current date or a following phase.
Is the guarantee the same for every service?
The rules are the same — scope in writing, the clock pauses while we wait on you, refund terms in the contract. Only the number of days differs: 90 for Odoo, 14 for a service-business website, 30 for a WooCommerce store and 45 for a Shopify store.
Does the guarantee apply to an Odoo project rescue?
Yes. After the health check we agree a rescue scope with you, and its go-live date is written into the plan and covered by the same rules. See
Odoo project rescue.
Can a project go live sooner than the guaranteed date?
Yes. The guaranteed date is the latest the agreed scope will go live, not a target we aim to use up. Smaller scopes often go live sooner, and your project plan shows the planned date alongside the guaranteed one.
Where are the refund terms?
In your contract, in plain language, before you pay anything.
