Do we need to host with you?
No. We work on any site, though clients who host with us get technical fixes done faster.
Who owns the accounts and content?
You do — your analytics, ad and email accounts, content and data always belong to your business.
Can we start with just one service?
Yes. Most clients start with one priority — often SEO or speed — and add others once the first is running smoothly.
What do you need from us to begin?
Access to your website, Google Search Console and analytics, plus any email platform or review profiles you already use. If something doesn’t exist yet, we set it up in your name.
How do you report progress?
Every month you get a short report built from your own data: what we did, what changed, and what we recommend next. You can check the same numbers in your own accounts at any time.
Can you work with our in-house marketing team?
Yes. We often handle the technical side — speed, structure, schema, tracking and automations — while your team keeps writing posts and running social media.
Are there long contracts?
No long lock-ins. We agree the scope and terms in writing before we start, and because every account and report is in your name, you can see exactly what you are getting each month.
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify most often, and most other website platforms too. Because we build and host sites ourselves, we can work at code and server level where a marketing-only agency can’t.
