Our promise

Live on the date we agree, or your money back.

Projects slip when nobody is accountable for the date. So we put ours in writing: when we agree a scope with you, we guarantee when it goes live — 90 days for an Odoo implementation, 14 for a service-business website, 30 for a WooCommerce store and 45 for a Shopify store. If we miss it for reasons on our side, you get your money back as set out in your contract.

Why we do it

Why put a go-live date in writing?

Because a date nobody is accountable for is not a date. Many software projects run on open-ended estimates, and every delay quietly becomes the client’s cost. A written guarantee changes the incentives: we only commit to a scope we are confident we can deliver, we plan the work carefully, and we raise risks early instead of late.

It also forces clarity on both sides. To guarantee a date, the scope has to be written down and signed. That one document prevents most of the arguments that sink projects — about what was promised, what is extra, and who is waiting on whom.

How it works

How does the go-live guarantee work?

Four simple rules, written into your contract.
01Scope agreed in writingBefore work starts, we both sign off exactly what goes live.
02The clock startsDay one is the day the signed scope and kick-off are complete.
03Answers within 48 hoursWhen we need content or a decision, the clock pauses until we have it.
04Live, or money backMiss the date on our side and the refund terms in your contract apply.

The fine print, in plain words

What moves the date, and what doesn’t?

The rules are the same for every guaranteed service. Here is how they work in practice.
What pauses or changes the clock
  • Waiting on content, data, access or a decision from you
  • Change requests you approve after sign-off
  • Work outside the signed scope
  • Every pause logged and shared with you
What the guarantee promises
  • The signed scope live by the agreed date
  • Delays on our side never extend the date
  • Refund terms written into your contract
  • A transparent record of the clock from day one
Odoo projects

How is the Odoo 90-day clock counted?

The clock starts once your blueprint is signed and the kick-off is complete. From then on it runs through configuration, data migration, training and cut-over. It stops when the agreed first phase is live and your team is using it for real work.

Odoo projects depend on your team more than most: workshops, data exports, test sign-offs and decisions all come from you. That is why we ask for answers within 48 hours, and why the clock pauses while we wait. We log every pause, so at any point both sides can see exactly where the date stands. Larger programs are split into phases; the guarantee covers the first phase agreed in your blueprint, and each later phase gets its own written plan.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What counts as “live”?
The agreed scope working in production, with your team able to use it for real work. For a website or store, that means published on your domain.
What pauses the clock?
Waiting on you — content, data, access or a decision. We ask for answers within 48 hours, and we log every pause so the date stays transparent.
Why do you ask for answers within 48 hours?
Because most project delays are waiting time, not working time. A quick answer keeps the plan moving; a decision that sits for a week moves everything after it. The 48-hour rule keeps both sides honest about where time goes.
What if we want to add things mid-project?
No problem. We quote the addition and agree with you whether it joins the current date or a following phase.
Is the guarantee the same for every service?
The rules are the same — scope in writing, the clock pauses while we wait on you, refund terms in the contract. Only the number of days differs: 90 for Odoo, 14 for a service-business website, 30 for a WooCommerce store and 45 for a Shopify store.
Does the guarantee apply to an Odoo project rescue?
Yes. After the health check we agree a rescue scope with you, and its go-live date is written into the plan and covered by the same rules. See Odoo project rescue.
Can a project go live sooner than the guaranteed date?
Yes. The guaranteed date is the latest the agreed scope will go live, not a target we aim to use up. Smaller scopes often go live sooner, and your project plan shows the planned date alongside the guaranteed one.
Where are the refund terms?
In your contract, in plain language, before you pay anything.
