Green: we take it
Lifted, loaded and gone, inside the load price you were quoted.
- Furniture, beds, wardrobes, desks
- Fridges, washers and other whitegoods
- Green waste, palm fronds, branches
- TVs, computers and other e-waste
Ask before anyone lifts a thing. Type any item: green means we take it, amber means we take it with a condition you'll see up front, and red means we can't, plus who legally can.
Pick or type anything
Sofas, soil, fibro, pool chlorine. You'll get a straight answer, what happens to it, and any cost that changes the price. Every answer here is a sample for this concept.
Most rubbish sites say “we take almost anything” and leave you guessing. We'd rather tell you before we arrive, so nobody is surprised at the kerb.
Lifted, loaded and gone, inside the load price you were quoted.
We take it, but a facility fee, a weight limit or extra hands apply. You see it before we start.
Things that need a licence or a special facility. We never “just chuck it in”.
Every figure is the total you pay: lifting, loading, travel inside our area, tip fees and GST. No card surcharge, nothing added at the end. Sample
One sofa, fridge or washer
A spare room or small shed
A garage corner or a kerbside pile
A full garage or a unit clear-out
A whole house or a reno strip-out
Send photos or let us look on the day. We agree the total before anything is lifted. If it takes less of the tray than we thought, you pay the smaller price.
Most people text a couple of photos and have a firm total back within the hour during business hours (sample promise).
Two or three photos and your suburb. We reply with a total and a time.
Add your checked items and photos. Handy after hours.

Coast strip, Monday to Saturday, while there's room on the run. Hinterland pickups are next day. If we can't make it, we tell you by noon.
Not “eco-friendly”, not “100% recycled”. Just what the dockets said for one sample month, and how we counted it.
Furniture and goods passed to a reuse shop and two op shops (sample partners).
Green waste to mulching, metal and whitegoods to scrap, e-waste to a recycler.
Broken, soiled or mixed items with no other home. We'd rather say so.

How we measure it: every drop-off gets a weighbridge docket from the facility. Each month we add up the kilograms on reuse, recycling and landfill dockets and divide by the total. Reuse items are weighed on our own scale before hand-over. Sample figures for September 2026, shown to explain the method.
Ordinary household rubbish needs no special transport licence in Queensland. Regulated waste does, so we say plainly what we carry and what we don't.
Sample number, printed on every quote and invoice.
Check on ABN LookupSample policy. We email the certificate before the job if you or your body corporate need it.
Ask for the certificateTransporting regulated waste in Queensland generally needs an environmental authority (ERA 57). We don't hold one, so we don't carry it.
Read the Queensland rulesRemoval needs a licensed asbestos removalist. If old sheeting might be fibro, don't break or bag it; get it tested first.
Queensland asbestos adviceEvery load goes to a licensed facility. Ask and we'll text you a photo of your docket.
Uniformed, with a manual-handling plan for heavy lifts. Names below are samples.

A small local team that works the coast from Caloundra up to Noosa. We text when we're 30 minutes out, sweep up after, and send the total by text before we leave.
Three sample reviews, picked to show the format. A live site would pull them straight from the source with the date.
Checked the fibro sheets on the site first. Red, with a link to who can do it. Saved me a wasted booking.

Texted photos at 8, gone by lunch. The price on the text was the price on the invoice, mattress fee and all.

Hinterland pickup was next day, not same day, but they told me that up front. Tidy crew.

Travel inside these suburbs is in the price. Further out, we quote the extra before you book.

Monday to Saturday, while the run has room.

Booked runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The things people ask at the kerb, answered here instead.
No. Leave it on the driveway or kerb, text us a photo, and pay by link when we text that it's gone.
Often, for small and medium loads, because you don't pay for empty space or a permit and you don't do the lifting. For a big reno over several weeks, a skip can work out better, and we'll say so.
Text us a photo. If it turns out to be red, we'll point you to the right licensed business or council facility instead.
No. This is a design concept and every price, person and figure is a sample.
