When does my parking day start?
When the gate reads your plate. A parking day is 24 hours, and we give a free hour of grace on return before another day is added.
Can I cancel or change my pass?
Yes. Cancel up to 2 hours before your drop-off time for a full refund. Changes reprice the pass at that day's rate, and we show you the new total before you confirm.
Is HST included in the price?
Yes. Ontario HST of 13% is shown as its own line on the pass and is already in the total. There are no booking or card fees.
My flight is late. What happens?
Stay as long as you need. Extra days are charged at the daily rate on your pass, and the shuttle runs all night, so a late landing is not a problem.
Why do some days cost more?
Rates follow demand. Fridays, Sundays and the holiday rush cost more, and midweek days cost less. The strip shows each day's rate before you choose.
Can I bring a large vehicle?
Pickups and SUVs are welcome. The indoor lot has a 2.1 m height limit. We cannot take trailers, RVs or commercial vehicles.
