Book a private car instead if…

We would rather you paid a bit more than missed a flight.

    • Your flight leaves before 07:30, when the first shared run may cut it fine.
    • You are bringing a bike box. Bikes only travel on private kit vans.
    • You are three or more. Three seats cost £84; an estate car is £85.
    • Someone needs the wheelchair ramp. That is always a private booking at the car fare.

    Questions

The things people ask before they book.

What if my flight home is delayed?

We check the arrival time before the driver sets off and adjust. The first 45 minutes after you land are free. After that it is £10 for each extra 30 minutes (sample), and we tell you before it starts.

Do you take ski boots and helmets?

Yes. A boot bag and helmet count as hand luggage, so they are always free. Only the long ski or board bag goes in the kit checker.

    Can I cancel?

Free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Inside 24 hours we keep half the fare, because the vehicle has been held for you (sample terms).

What happens on the A9 in heavy snow?

We watch the road reports from the evening before. If the A9 or the airport road is closed, we ring you with the earliest safe time and you can move or cancel for free.

    How do I pay?

Card in the van, or a pay link by text after booking. The amount is the fare you were quoted, including VAT. You get a VAT receipt by email.
