How healthy is your business, really?
Six honest questions. Your answers draw a picture of where the business is strong and where it could use a hand. Then we sit down and talk it through, in plain English.
Six questions. One honest picture.
Answer as it really is, not as you'd like it to be. Each answer pushes the shape out on that side. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent.
One team for the six things in the check.
Each service lines up with a side of the radar, so if one side looked thin you know exactly who to talk to.
Cash flow and budgets
A simple view of money coming in and going out over the next few months, kept current with you, so surprises turn up early.
Radar side 1
BAS and GST
We prepare and lodge your BAS with you, and remind you well before it's due. You check the figures before anything goes to the ATO.
Radar side 2
Payroll and super
Pay runs through Single Touch Payroll, super worked into the routine, and a clear note of what's been paid and when.
Radar side 3
Bookkeeping and records
Bank feeds reconciled, receipts captured in one place, and books you could hand to anyone at short notice.
Radar side 4
Structure conversations
If your business has changed since you set it up, we explain the options and what each would involve. The decision stays yours.
Radar side 5
Planning sessions
A quarterly sit-down to look back, look ahead and agree the next three things to work on. Coffee on Salamanca optional.
Radar side 6
One monthly fee. GST already in it.
The figure you see is the figure you pay. No timesheets and no surprise invoices after a quick phone call.

A rhythm that sticks
Monthly or quarterly check-ins, reminders well ahead of due dates, and one person who knows your business.
Got a letter from the ATO?
Don't ignore it, and don't panic. Most letters are routine. Send us a photo and we'll explain what it's asking for and what happens next.
What to do first
Note the date on the letter and any reference number. Don't pay or reply to anything you're unsure about, and be wary of calls or texts claiming to be the ATO. If in doubt, check the ATO's own scam guidance or ring us.
ATO scam guidanceDue dates depend on you
BAS, PAYG and super dates vary with your business and how you lodge. We don't print dates here because they change. Check the official ATO calendar, or ask us and we'll set reminders for your dates.

What clients say.

We'd been lodging BAS at midnight for two years. Now it's done a week early and I actually understand the numbers.
The fee was agreed up front and it hasn't moved. Ravi rang me back the same day about an ATO letter.
Setting up Xero took longer than I hoped, but Tom stuck with it and the books are clean now.
