Do you ever charge surge pricing?
No. Every trip runs on the one posted tariff, whatever the hour, the weather or the crowd. If traffic stops the cab, the waiting rate applies, the same as any other time.
Can I pay by card?
Yes: card, tap-to-pay or cash in every cab. Tipping is up to you and never added automatically.
How do I book without an app?
