Questions

Before you fly

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight number, so your pickup window moves with it. There is never a charge for a delay. If you land after the last shared run (9:30 pm), we send a van and keep the shared price.

Where do I meet the driver?

Domestic: outside door 3, at the transfer bay. International: just outside the arrivals hall exit. Your driver texts you a photo of the van when you land. (Meeting points are samples.)

Do you supply child seats?

Yes, free. Tell us each child's age when booking and we fit the right rear-facing seat, forward-facing seat or booster before pickup, as Queensland law requires for children under 7.

Can I bring dive gear or a surfboard?

Yes. On the shared coach bulky items are $10 each and space is limited, so add them when you book. In a private van they travel free. Boards up to 8 ft fit inside.

Do you go to the Daintree or Cape Tribulation?

Our set fares stop at Mossman. Beyond that we quote private trips on request, and the quote is in writing before you pay.
