How do you know when my group gets off?
We follow the ship's berthing and the cruise line's disembark calls on the morning. Tell us your luggage tag colour or number when you book, and we time the car to that call, not to the ship's arrival.
Where do we meet the car?
At the pre-booked pickup zone outside the terminal. Your chauffeur texts their name, the car and the exact spot when your group is called, and holds a card with your name.
What if disembarking runs late?
The free hour starts when your group is called, not when the ship docks, so normal delays cost nothing. If it goes past the free hour, waiting is $25 per 15 minutes (sample) and we'll tell you before it starts.
Can you take us to the airport for a same-day flight?
Yes. For international flights we suggest booking a flight no earlier than about 4 hours after the ship is due alongside, and choosing self-carry so you're off early.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, rearward-facing, forward-facing and booster seats, fitted before pickup at no charge. Tell us the children's ages when you book.
