Florida's rule, in plain words
- Age 0–3A separate car seat, or the vehicle's built-in child seat.
- Age 4–5A car seat, a built-in seat or a booster.
- Age 6+A seat belt is the legal minimum. A booster is safer until the belt fits, usually about 4 ft 9 in.

Three ways to ride
Shared, private or step-free.
Shared is cheapest but makes stops. Private goes straight to your door. The ramp van costs the same as private. All prices are all-in samples from MCO to the Lake Buena Vista area.
Shared ride

A seat in a van with other families heading the same way. Leaves MCO every 30 minutes, 7 am to 10 pm.
Honest bit: up to 3 other hotel stops, which can add up to 45 minutes. Your driver tells you the stop order at pickup.
Private van
$98 per van, up to 7 sample
Just your group, straight to your hotel or rental home. One grocery stop on the way is free if you ask when booking.

Before you fly.
Do I really pay nothing for car seats?
Yes. Rear-facing seats, forward-facing harness seats and boosters are included in every fare. Just tell us each child's age and weight when you book so we bring the right ones.
My flight is delayed. What happens?
Nothing you need to do. We track your flight number and move your pickup to match, at no charge. The 60 free minutes start when your plane lands.
How long does a shared ride take?
The drive to the Disney area is about 25–35 minutes. With up to 3 other hotel stops, allow up to 45 minutes more. If time matters, a private van goes straight there.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free changes and a full refund up to 24 hours before pickup sample. Inside 24 hours, call us and we'll do our best.
Should I tip?
Only if you want to. Tips are never added to your fare, and drivers get every cent.
