Tap a room. Watch it load.

Pick a home size or add things one by one. Big pieces go in first, boxes fill the gaps, and the truck grows when it has to. Paler shapes are packed further back.

Pricing, out loud

Two ways we price. Both written down.

Local moves run on the clock. Long-distance moves are priced by weight and miles. Either way, you see what's included and what can change the number before anyone lifts a box.

Estimates in plain words

Know which kind of price you're getting.

Every written estimate we give says which type it is at the top. Here's what each one means for you, with the federal rules as generally described. The FMCSA booklet has the full detail.

Binding

One fixed price for the items and services listed. If the move takes longer or the load weighs more, you still pay that price.

If you add items, we write a new estimate before loading, never after.

Non-binding

Our best estimate. The final price follows the actual time or weight, so it can go up or down.

On interstate moves, you pay no more than 110% of the written estimate at delivery. Any balance is billed later, at least 30 days after delivery.

Binding not-to-exceed

A ceiling, not a guess. If the shipment weighs less, you pay less. If it weighs more, you pay the ceiling.

Ask for this on long-distance moves where you aren't sure how much is going.

Released value (no charge)

The basic cover. If something is lost or damaged, we pay up to 60 cents per pound for that item. A 10 lb TV is worth $6 under this option, so it suits everyday items only.

Full value protection (extra cost)

We repair the item, replace it, or pay its current market value. The price depends on the value you declare and the deductible you pick. Your estimate shows both options side by side.

Packing add-ons

Add only the help you need.

The planner said 16 ft truck and three movers. That's exactly who turned up, and the binding price on the paperwork was the price I paid.

Third-floor walk-up in August. They booked the loading zone, wrapped every chair and still finished inside the low end of the range.

Austin to Denver with a piano. Delivery came on day four of a five-day window. One scuffed table leg, and the claim was settled in a week.

How we work

Our own crews, our own trucks.

We never broker your move to another company. The people on your estimate are employees, background-checked and trained in-house.

  • One-hour arrival windowIf we're late, the first hour is on us.

Questions

Asked before every move.

How accurate is the glass truck planner?

It's a good first guess, built on typical sizes for each item. Your written estimate comes from a survey, in person or by video, where we see the stairs, the parking and the things the planner can't.

Where do I check your registration?

Interstate movers must show a U.S. DOT number. Enter it in the FMCSA lookup to see the company's status, insurance and safety record. For moves inside Texas, household goods carriers register with the TxDMV. The numbers on this demo are samples.

Do you charge for stairs or long walks?

Not on local moves; the hourly rate covers it. On long-distance moves, unusual access (a shuttle truck, or a walk of more than 75 feet) is listed on the estimate before you sign.

How far ahead should I book?

Four to six weeks for summer weekends and the last days of the month, when Austin leases turn over. Mid-week, mid-month dates often have space a week out.

What can't go on the truck?

Anything flammable or pressurized (propane, paint thinner, aerosols), plus pets, plants on long-distance moves, and your important papers, jewelry and medication, which should ride with you.
