London Gatwick · North & South Terminal

Hand us the keys at the kerb. Walk straight to check-in.

A vetted, insured Kerbside driver meets you at the terminal, photographs your car with you, parks it in our fenced compound and has it waiting at the kerb when you land. Delays tracked, nothing to chase.

What's your flight?

Your flight number sets the terminal and meeting time. We do the rest.

Your driver is already waiting

Pull into the official meet & greet bays on the forecourt. Your driver texts their name and bay number ten minutes before you arrive, so there is no hunting for a man with a sign.

Proof: text from your driver

"Morning, it's Adaeze from Kerbside. I'm in bay 2, South Terminal, grey jacket. Take your time." 06:28

Straight to the compound, nowhere else

Every car is GPS-tracked from handover. The route, the time it left the kerb and the time it arrived are logged. If the miles ever do not add up, you will see it, and so will we.

Running late? We already know

We follow your inbound flight from take-off. When it slips, your driver's slot moves with it automatically. You do not need to call us from the departure lounge.

Proof: text before you board

"Your flight is showing 50 minutes late. Rhys will now meet you at 20:40, no charge. Reply CALL if anything changes."

Call the number on your text once you have your luggage. Your car is brought to the same meet & greet bays, warmed up in winter. We repeat the photo check so you can compare both sets side by side.

Flight-delay policy

Planes run late. Your car waits.

Pick what happens to your flight and see exactly what we do, and what it costs. Our policy in plain words, not small print.

Your car is at the kerb 20 minutes after touchdown

We time the return to your landing, not your booking. Call the number in your text once you have your bags and your driver brings the car round to the meet & greet bays.

    FAQs

    Good questions, straight answers.

Anything else, call the desk on 01632 960 418, 04:00 to midnight every day.

Where exactly do I meet the driver?

In the official meet & greet area at the terminal you fly from. Your confirmation includes a photo of the entrance, the postcode for sat-nav and the bay numbers, and your driver texts you before you arrive.

    What if I land early?

We track the flight, so early is fine too. If you clear arrivals before your car is there, call the desk and we will tell you how long, usually under 20 minutes.

Will anyone drive my car apart from the move to the compound?

No. The only journeys are terminal to compound and back. Both are GPS logged and your mileage is recorded in both photo reports so you can check.

Can you charge my electric car?

Yes. Add EV charging when you book and we charge to 80% before return. Tell us your connector type in the booking form.

Do you take vans or large vehicles?

Cars, SUVs and people carriers up to 2.1 metres high. For larger vans, call before booking so we can confirm a space.

How do I cancel or change my booking?

Use Manage booking with your reference and email. Cancel for free up to 24 hours before you are met. Date and flight changes are free, and you only pay the difference if your stay gets longer.

    Ready when you are

Leave the car at the kerb. Find it there again.

Enter your flight number and dates at the top for an instant price, or call the desk.
