What's inside the fare
Six things other firms add at the end.
Under the new drip-pricing rules, every unavoidable charge belongs in the first price you see. We'd have done it anyway. Here's what's already counted.
Waiting time
Ten minutes at your door going out. Coming home, 45 minutes from when your flight actually lands, not when it was meant to.
Child seats
Rear-facing, forward-facing or booster. Tell us ages and weights when you book and the right seats are fitted before we arrive.
Late flights
We check your flight number before we set off. If you land two hours late, your driver is there two hours later. Same fare.
Luggage
A saloon takes two large cases and two cabin bags. More than that? Pick the estate and the fare shows the difference straight away.
VAT
Every price on this site includes VAT. The fare box shows exactly how much of it is VAT, so businesses can reclaim it without asking.

Four cars. One way of pricing.
Every vehicle is licensed by Salford City Council, under ten years old and cleaned between every airport run. The wheelchair-accessible van costs the same as a saloon.

Four large cases, or golf clubs, or a pushchair plus the lot. Slightly higher fare.

Eight passenger seats and room for a case each. Families and stag dos, mostly.

Rear ramp, four-point restraint, you stay in your own chair. Saloon price.
Nine or more of you? Private hire stops at eight passengers. Our 16-seat minibus runs under a separate PSV operator licence from the Traffic Commissioner, PC2047311 sample. Ring for a group fare.

Accessible rides
Travelling in a wheelchair? Here's the whole process.
- Pick "Wheelchair-accessible" in the fare box. The price is the same as a saloon.
- Tell us your chair's width and whether it's powered. Our van takes most chairs up to 70 cm wide sample.
- Your driver lowers the rear ramp, secures your chair with four restraints and a lap belt, and checks it with you before moving.
- At the airport we drop you at the special assistance point and wait while you check in with the airline's assistance team.
No shared rides. We only run private journeys, so there are no extra stops and no detours to pick up strangers. Rather talk it through? Ring 0161 496 0347.

You get a text at 6pm the evening before with your driver's name, photo, car and registration. All our drivers are DBS-checked and hold a Salford private hire driver's badge. Sample people

Straight answers.
Can the fare change after I book?
No. If your flight is late, the traffic is bad or the M60 is shut, you pay the fare you were quoted. It only changes if you change the booking, for example a different address or a bigger car.
What if my flight is delayed by hours?
We track your flight number and send the driver for the new landing time. The 45 minutes of free waiting start from when you actually land. Diverted to another airport? Ring us and we'll sort it.
How do I cancel?
Reply to your confirmation or ring us. Free up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours we keep half the fare, and if the driver has already set off we keep the full fare (sample terms).
Are you a taxi firm?
We're a private hire operator licensed by Salford City Council. That means every journey is pre-booked through us, so we can't be flagged down in the street, and every car and driver is licensed.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, though most people pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when they book. Business accounts get a VAT invoice for every journey.
