Headingley, Leeds · NHS and private
Whether a tooth woke you at 3am or you have been thinking about your smile for years, there is a clear way in — with the fees on the page and every clinician on the record.
Door one · triage
Your answer appears here. Nothing you choose is sent anywhere — this is guidance, not a diagnosis.
Door two · planned treatment
Pick one to open it in the fee ledger. Every plan starts with a consultation where you see your scans, hear the options — including doing nothing — and leave with a written, fixed quote.
The fee ledger
See what each treatment costs on the NHS, what it costs privately and what a monthly plan could look like. Open a row for the detail. All figures are samples for this demo — check current NHS charges before you rely on them.
| Treatment | NHS (England) | Private sample | Monthly example |
|---|
An NHS course of treatment costs one band fee, however many visits it takes. Band 1 covers exams and X-rays, Band 2 adds fillings and root canals, Band 3 adds crowns and dentures.
Dental care for health reasons is VAT-exempt. Purely cosmetic treatment, such as whitening, can carry VAT — where it does, our private price already includes it.
Under-18s, under-19s in full-time education, pregnant women, new mums and people on certain benefits pay nothing for NHS care. Bring proof to your visit.
The open register
Every dentist, hygienist and therapist in the UK must be registered with the General Dental Council. Each card shows the clinician’s registration number and where they trained, with a link to check it yourself on the GDC register.

Questions
We update this page whenever our NHS list opens or closes, and the date at the bottom of the page tells you when we last checked. If the list is closed, we can still see you for NHS urgent care.
Yes. You can have NHS care for what you need clinically and choose a private option for something else, such as a white filling on a back tooth. We write down which parts are NHS and which are private before we start.
We introduce you to a lender; we are a credit broker, not the lender. Credit is subject to status and affordability. You see the full cost, interest rate and total payable before you sign anything.
Talk to our practice manager first — we reply within three working days. The full complaints route, including who to contact if we cannot put it right, is in the footer.
