What we see

Scanning…

    $0–$0sample, all-in

    0 yd³

Untick anything you're keeping. Why a range: the photo can't see what's inside boxes or how many stairs there are. The crew confirms a firm price on site before lifting, and it never goes above the top of this band unless you add items.

    01 · How it works

    Three frames, one price

The photo does the measuring. A person checks it. The crew holds the price.

    Price

We box each item, give it a volume in cubic yards and add any disposal fees (fridges, tires, mattresses). You get an all-in band within 15 minutes, 7 AM to 7 PM.

    Gone

Two movers arrive in your 2-hour window, confirm the firm price on site and load from wherever it sits. You get photos of the empty space and the drop-off slips.

    02 · What we take

If two people can lift it, it can go

From a single recliner to a full basement. Items that cost us more to dispose of carry a flat, published fee, shown on your band from the start.

    Furniture

Sofas, sectionals, dressers, desks, patio sets. Good pieces go to resale before anything else.

    Appliances

Fridges, freezers, washers, AC units. Refrigerant is recovered by an EPA Section 608 certified technician.

    Mattresses

Any size, box springs too. Steel, foam and fiber are separated at a mattress recycler.

    +$25 each (sample)

    Electronics

TVs, monitors, computers, printers. Sent to a certified e-waste recycler, never the landfill.

    +$20 per screen (sample)

    Garage & boxes

Shelving, bikes, tools, holiday bins, tires. We sweep the floor when the last box is out.

    +$10 per tire (sample)

    Yard debris

Branches, sod, fencing, old sheds taken down to panels. Green waste goes to compost.

    Remodel debris

Drywall, cabinets, carpet, tile and lumber from small projects. Bagged or loose.

    Whole clean-outs

Estates, rentals and move-outs. Keep, donate and haul piles agreed on a walk-through first.

    What we can't take

Some things need a license we don't hold. Here's who can take them in and around Indianapolis.

    • AsbestosOld floor tile, pipe wrap, some siding. Needs an IDEM-licensed asbestos contractor. Don't break it up yourself.
    • Paint, solvents, pesticidesHousehold hazardous waste. Use Marion County's drop-off program; check indy.gov for current sites and days.
    • Propane tanksSwap them at a tank-exchange retailer. We'll take the grill once the tank is off.
    • Medical sharpsUse a sealed sharps container and a pharmacy or mail-back program.

    What moves the price up

    • Fridges, tires, mattresses and screens (flat fees above)
    • Heavy, dense loads: concrete, soil, roofing (by weight)
    • A hot tub or piano that needs cutting or a third mover

    What doesn't

    • Stairs, basements or a long walk to the truck
    • Same-day or Saturday pickup
    • Taking things apart, like beds, desks or swing sets

    What moves it down

    • Items you untick on the photo band
    • Curbside items, already out by the driveway
    • Two neighbors booking the same window

All-in means all-in. The band you see includes labor, dump fees and tax. If the crew finds more than the photo showed, they show you the new price on a phone screen before loading. You can say no and pay nothing.

    04 · Where it goes

Landfill is the last stop, not the first

Sample figures for 2025, by weight, across every load.

22%Donated: furniture, housewares and tools to local resale and reuse charities (sample)
36%Recycled: metal, e-waste, mattresses, cardboard, yard waste (sample)
42%Landfill: broken, soiled or mixed items with no other outlet (sample)

How we measure it. Every load is weighed at the transfer station. Recycler scale tickets and donation receipts are subtracted from that weight, and the totals are added up monthly. Ask for the spreadsheet and we'll send it. We will never claim 100% recycled.

    07 · FAQ

    Straight answers

Is the photo price a real price?

It's a band. The crew confirms a firm price on site, inside that band, before loading. If there's more than the photo showed, you see the new price first and can say no.

Do I have to be home?

No. Leave items outside or give us a door code. We text photos before and after, and you pay by card link when the job is done.

How late can I book same-day?

Book by 1 PM for a same-day window in Marion County when a truck is free. After that we offer the first window next morning.

What do you do with the photos I send?

We use them to price your job and attach them to your booking. We delete them 90 days after the job and never use them in ads without asking.

Do you do hoarding or estate clean-outs?

Yes, quietly. We start with a walk-through, agree keep, donate and haul piles, and can work around family members, realtors and attorneys.
