    The visit

One visit. Usually under an hour.

No sales pitch and no contract. We check what it is, treat it, and leave you a short written note.

    01

Book by 2pm, we come today

Pick a two-hour window. We text when the technician is 20 minutes away.

    02

We check it really is wasps

If it turns out to be honey bees or bumblebees, we stop, explain and charge nothing.

    03

    Treatment, then a written note

We explain the product, show you the label and give you the re-entry time for that space. It is all in the note we leave.

    04

Still busy after 7 days? We come back

A return visit to the same nest is included (sample terms).

    Not just wasps.

The same honest approach for the other things that bite, crawl and fly. Prices are samples, incl. VAT, and we tell you what changes them before we travel.

    Ants

Garden ants marching through the kitchen. We find the trail back to the nest outside and treat it there.

    Bees & birds

What we won't do, and who we'll call instead.

Some things that look like pests are protected, or simply better left alone. We'll tell you straight, and it costs you nothing.

    Honey bees

Never treated. A swarm or colony goes to a local beekeeper who can collect it. We'll pass on the details.

    Find a swarm collector

    Bumblebees

Small colonies that die off by late summer. We advise leaving them unless they are somewhere genuinely risky, and we'll help you judge that.

    Birds and bats

Active nests, eggs and bat roosts are protected by law. We won't disturb them. We'll explain the licensing route and who to contact.

Rang at 11, Ewan was at the back door by half one. Nest in the soffit, treated in twenty minutes, and the price was exactly what the website said.

I was sure it was wasps. Nadia took one look and said honey bees, then put me in touch with a beekeeper who collected them the next day. No charge.
    Tom A., Histon · Trustpilot · 18 Aug 2026 (sample)
Football-sized nest in the shed. They told me the product, showed me the label and said to keep the door shut until the next evening. Clear and quick.

    FAQ

    Straight answers.

How quickly do the wasps go?
Activity usually drops within a few hours and stops within a day or two. Wasps returning from foraging pick up the treatment at the entrance, so you may still see some on the day.
What about my children and pets?
We explain the product, show you the label and give you the re-entry time for the treated space. Keep children and pets out of that space until then. It is all written in the note we leave.
Do you take the nest away?
Usually there's no need: wasps don't reuse an old nest. If you want it gone, we can remove and bag it once it's inactive, on a return visit (sample price £30 incl. VAT).
Do I need to be home?
Not for a nest we can reach from outside. For lofts and sheds someone needs to let us in. Pay by card on the day or by bank transfer.
Someone's been stung. What should I do?
Move away from the nest. If the person has trouble breathing, or swelling of the face, lips or throat, call 999 straight away. For other worries, NHS 111 can advise.
