Accessible rides
Need a wheelchair-accessible van? Here's exactly how.
- 1Tick "I need a ramp van" when you book, or call or text 303-555-0147.
- 2Give us 24 hours' notice if you can. With less, we will still try, and tell you within 15 minutes if we can't.
- 3You pay the private-van fare for your destination. Nothing extra for the ramp or the extra time.
- 4Your driver meets you inside at baggage claim if you prefer, and brings the van to the nearest step-free door.

Late flight, lost bag, change of plan.
My flight is delayed
Give us your flight number when you book and we watch it for you. Your door time moves with your landing time at no cost, and the 60 free minutes start when you land, not when you were due.
My bag didn't arrive
Text your driver from the baggage office. Private vans wait while you file the claim. On shared rides we move you to the next van at no charge.
Cancelling or changing
Free changes and a full refund up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, shared seats refund in full as a credit; private vans refund 50% (sample policy).
Skis, boards and bikes
One set of skis or a board per rider rides free on mountain runs. Boxed bikes and golf bags need a private van, so tell us when you book.
Shared rides, honestly
A shared van makes up to 3 other stops and may wait up to 15 minutes for one more flight. Your text shows the stop count before you get in. If the time matters, a private van is the better choice.

We text your door the day before, again when you land, and when your driver is at the door. Ride texts only. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
