Before you book.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track the flight from the moment you book. Your 60 free minutes start when you actually land, not at the time on the booking, so a delay costs you nothing.

How do I find my chauffeur?

The evening before, you get a text with your chauffeur's name, photo, car and the exact meeting point. On the day they stand in the arrivals hall holding a board with your name, and text you when they are in place.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold a private hire operator licence from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (PHO/0417, sample), every driver and car is licensed, and we carry £10m public liability plus hire-and-reward motor cover (sample figures). You can check our licence on the council's public register.

Do your prices include VAT?

Always. Every fare shown to private customers includes VAT at 20%. Business accounts get a VAT invoice with the amount shown separately.

Can I cancel?

Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pick-up. Within 12 hours we charge half the fare, because the chauffeur's day has been set aside for you (sample policy).
