Rules on paper
Every prom trip comes with a one-page sign-off sheet: the rules, the chauffeur, the drop-off time and the price. Nothing is agreed by phone only.

The students get the stretch limo, the playlist and the photo stop. You get the rules in writing before anyone gets in: no alcohol, a fixed drop-off, a vetted chauffeur and a text at every stop.

Most prom limo sites talk to the students. We start with the person paying, because a calm parent books early and tells the other parents.

Our PUCO and USDOT numbers sit on every page and every sheet, each with a link to the public lookup. If a limo company won't show theirs, ask why.

A text at every stop
Pickup, photo stop, arrival at the dance, departure and drop-off. Up to two parents get each text, with the chauffeur's name on the first one.

We don't say "no hidden fees". We list the fees. These are sample figures for a Saturday prom in Franklin County.

Alcohol on prom trips: our own policy is zero alcohol on every prom booking, for every passenger. Rules on alcohol in hired vehicles differ by state and city, so check local rules for anything other than prom. We don't give legal advice.

Who drives
Our chauffeurs, not a broker's.
Every Sterling chauffeur is on our payroll. We never pass a prom booking to another company, and the sheet names the person driving.

Questions parents ask
Straight answers.
Who signs the sheet if several families share the limo?
One parent books and signs. We email the signed sheet to every family on the booking, and up to two parents get the trip texts.
What happens if a student wants to change the plan on the night?
The chauffeur texts the signing parent. Nothing changes until that parent replies yes. Without a reply, the plan on the sheet stands.
How do I check your license numbers?
Each number has a "check" link to the public lookup: PUCO for Ohio and the FMCSA SAFER snapshot for USDOT. The numbers on this demo are samples.
How early should we book for prom?
April and May Saturdays fill first. Most families book 6 to 10 weeks ahead; the 25% deposit holds the date.
