Pile in.
Split it fair.
Slide in your crew and see what each person pays for the night. Gratuity, fuel and tax are already in the number, and you always get a bus with a real seat for everyone.
Split it
All-in sample prices. No account, no callback.
Sample prices for a Chicago pickup and drop-off. Tax and city fees are a sample estimate (4%) and the final figure is on your written quote. Tolls, if any, are passed on at cost.
Pick by headcount, not by hype
Every bus is ours, washed and checked before your pickup. Seat counts are the legal belted seats, so the number on the card is the number of people who can ride.
Sample hourly rates before gratuity (20%), fuel (6%) and tax. Minimum 4 hours on Friday and Saturday nights, 3 hours Sunday to Thursday. Prom nights have a 5-hour minimum.
One bus, every reason
The rules, in plain English
The fine print most party bus sites skip. Every number here is a sample for this concept.
Minimum hours
4 hours Friday and Saturday, 3 hours Sunday to Thursday, 5 hours on prom nights. The clock starts at your first pickup and stops at your last drop-off.
What's in the total
Bus time, 20% chauffeur gratuity, a 6% fuel charge and tax and city fees. Tolls are passed on at cost. Extra time is billed in 30-minute steps at the same rate.
Deposit & cancelling
A 25% deposit holds the date. Cancel 30+ days out for a full refund; 14 to 29 days, we keep half the deposit; under 14 days, the deposit is kept.
Drinks on board
Alcohol rules for party buses differ by state and city, so please check local rules. Our own policy: 21+ with ID only, cans and plastic only, no drinks at all on prom, school or under-21 trips. Your chauffeur can end a trip that isn't safe.
Cleaning
Normal mess is on us. A $250 cleaning fee applies only if the bus can't run its next trip, and we send photos first.
The group chat agrees
I sent the split to 22 friends and nobody argued about money once. The total on the night was the total on the link.
We tried to squeeze 16 into the small bus. They said no and showed us why the bigger one was only a few dollars more each.
Prom night with a strict no-alcohol rule and texts to parents at every stop. Exactly what the parents' group wanted.

A chauffeur, not a DJ
Our chauffeurs hold commercial driver's licenses with passenger endorsements. Their job is the road, the stops and getting everyone home. You bring the playlist.
- Background-checked and drug-tested on a random program (sample)
- One named contact who texts the organizer before pickup
- Headcount at every stop, so nobody gets left at the bar
Hold your night
Send the basics and we reply with a written all-in quote: the same total the splitter shows, with the bus named and the date held for 48 hours.
