What we build
Each sector has its own inspections, phasing and handover needs. We staff superintendents who have built that type before, so your opening date isn't their learning curve.

How we contract
There's no single right answer. Here is how the three we use most compare, in plain words.
We join while your architect is still drawing, price the design as it develops and commit to a guaranteed maximum price before construction.

Texas has no statewide general contractor license. Many cities, Dallas included, register contractors instead, while trades such as electrical, plumbing and HVAC are licensed by the state.

Safety, in numbers
A safe site is also an on-schedule site. We publish the figures that prequal forms ask for, not slogans.
Hours worked in 2025, crews and subs
TRIR, recordable incidents per 200,000 hours
Superintendents with OSHA 30 training
Toolbox talks held on site last year

Sample reviews with platform and date, the way a real page should show them.
"We kept seeing patients on the ground floor the whole time. The weekly schedule update was the only one I've ever been able to read in two minutes."
"Their GMP held. Two change orders, both from our side, both priced within a day."
"Finished two weeks before school started. Punch list ran longer than we hoped, but the super stayed until every item was closed."
For subcontractors and suppliers
We send invitations to bid by trade and by project size. Get on the list once and you'll hear about every job that fits.
