How a season contract works

Routes fill by street
We plough in tight loops so a truck is never more than a few minutes from your driveway. When a route is full, it is full.

Sample prices as of Oct 2026. "From" means a driveway up to 2 cars wide and 12 m long, with every visit from Nov 15 to Apr 15. There are no fuel, storm or "heavy snow" surcharges. Longer, wider or sloped driveways are priced on the site walk before you sign. HST (13%) is added to every price.
The season, by date
Your contract has dates, not guesses. These are the sample dates for winter 2026 to 2027.
Returning clients keep their route spot until Oct 15. Then spots go to the waitlist.
We walk your property, set orange driveway stakes and note curbs, lights and soft edges.
Every snowfall that reaches your trigger gets a visit, with no cap on visits.
Stakes come out. Snow after this date is $69 per visit if you want it (sample).
Lawn edges our blade scuffed are raked, topped up and seeded, at no charge.
May to October
Interlock and gardens built by the people who will be back in November. We know where the drains go because we plough over them.

We use products on the provincial allowed list, applied under a landscape exterminator licence (sample no. L-000000). We will not promise a weed-free lawn that needs a banned product to deliver it.
