Straight answers.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers give us a lockbox code or a key, which we store coded and unlabeled. You can be home for the first visit if you'd like to meet your cleaner.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, all supplies and a HEPA vacuum are included in the price. If you'd rather we use your own products, tell us at the walk-through.
What if something gets broken?
Tell us the same day. Our liability insurance covers repair or replacement at fair value, and we'll walk you through it rather than make you chase us.
Is the price really fixed?
Once the walk-through confirms your home matches what you entered, yes. If you add rooms or tasks later, we'll quote the change before the visit, never after.
