Our policy, written down before you have to ask.
Alcohol
Rules on alcohol in vehicles differ between Ontario and Québec, so check local rules. Our policy: we don’t supply alcohol, and any trip with a guest under 19 is a dry trip.
Minors & proms
A responsible adult signs the booking. Pick-up and drop-off are fixed in advance; no stops get added on the way.
Winter
Winter tires November to April. If the roads turn unsafe, we call you first and move the date at no charge.
Trips to Gatineau
Québec has its own passenger transport rules. Ask us first; we only book what our permits cover.

Questions
Before you book
Is the gratuity really included?
Yes. 18% is already in the price and goes to the chauffeur. You can give more, but it’s never expected.
How much do I pay to reserve?
25% of the all-in total. The balance is due 48 hours before the ride. (Sample terms.)
Can I play my own music?
Yes, by Bluetooth or cable. Pick “Your playlist” in the cabin mood tool and we set the sound before you arrive.
What if we run over time?
Your chauffeur texts you 30 minutes before the end. An extra hour is the same hourly rate with gratuity and HST, and only if you say yes.
