Columbus urgent care · open daily

Come when it's quiet.

Most of our day is calm. We show you the wait right now, predict it for later, and let you hold a quiet slot so you spend the time at home, not in a chair.

What we treat, and what the ER is for.

Urgent care is for problems that need a clinician today but aren't life-threatening. If you're unsure, call us and a nurse will point you the right way.

Before you come

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are always welcome. Holding a slot simply means you wait at home instead of in the lobby, and you're seen close to the time you chose.

How accurate is the busy-times chart?

It's a typical pattern from past weeks, so treat it as a guide. If someone arrives needing faster care, they're seen first, and we'll text you if your time moves.

What should I bring?

A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medicines you take. For a child, a parent or guardian needs to come along.

Can you be my regular doctor?

We're built for same-day problems. With your OK, we send a visit summary to your primary care doctor, and we can suggest local practices taking new patients.
