A limo carrying 8 passengers or fewer is a private hire vehicle. From 9 passengers it becomes a bus in law, with a different licence, different tests and a different driving licence.
Licensed by the council where we are based, with every vehicle plated and every chauffeur badged.
Licensed by the Traffic Commissioner. The vehicle and the driver both need more than a limo does.
Spot a risky quote. If anyone offers to fit 12 of you in a stretch limo "on a private hire licence", walk away. Ask for the operator licence number and check it yourself. Ours are on every page, with a link to check.
Sample prices for a Friday or Saturday, VAT at 20% included. Sunday to Thursday is 15% less.

No gratuity is added to your bill and none is expected. Our chauffeurs are paid for every booked hour.
25% holds your date. The balance is due 7 days before the trip, by card or bank transfer.
Deposit refunded in full if you cancel 28 days or more ahead. Inside 28 days you can move it once, within 6 months.

Rules on drinking in vehicles can differ by area and by vehicle type, so check local rules. This is our own policy as the operator, and the chauffeur has the final say.
The person booking must be 18 or over and travel with the group. Bring ID if you look under 25.
We can't take more people than the vehicle is licensed for, even for a short hop. Tell us early if your group grows.
Not in any vehicle, by law and by choice. We'll stop somewhere safe if you need a break.
Your hours start at the booked pick-up time. Extra time is charged by the half hour at the rates shown.

A limo on a private hire licence can carry up to 8 passengers. Carrying 9 or more for hire makes it a public service vehicle, which needs a PSV operator licence, a COIF-tested vehicle and a bus-licensed driver. Our party buses have all three.

Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT at 20% and fuel. The only things that can change it are extra time on the night or a route beyond 40 miles, and we price those before you pay.
On adult trips our policy allows sealed drinks for over-18s, with plastic glasses provided. Prom and under-18 trips are alcohol-free. Rules can differ by area, so check local rules, and the chauffeur has the final say.
June and July Fridays go first. Booking 3 to 4 months ahead is sensible, and the deposit is refundable if you cancel 28 days or more before.
